Tata reorganised the Harrier line-up in 2025 into seven personas — Smart, Pure X, Adventure X, Adventure X+, Fearless X, Fearless X+ and Fearless Ultra — with the 2.0-litre Kryotec diesel across the range and a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol added in early 2026. Most personas can be had as a #DARK edition (gloss Oberon Black body, blacked-out 18- or 19-inch alloys and #DARK fender badges), the Fearless Ultra adds a Red #DARK with red calipers and badging, and the top of the range is the Stealth Edition in a factory Matte Stealth Black with matte-black 19-inch wheels. Standard colours on the current car include Pure Grey, Daytona Grey, Pristine White, Seaweed Green, Sunlit Yellow and Fearless Red, several of them with a contrast black roof, plus a petrol-only Nitro Crimson.
The Harrier.ev, launched in June 2025, sits on the same OMEGARC body with a closed-off grille, a reprofiled front bumper, aero-insert 18- or 19-inch wheels, EV badging and a charging flap on the rear quarter panel on the driver's side where the diesel's fuel flap sits. It comes in Adventure, Fearless and Empowered personas, in Nainital Nocturne, Empowered Oxide, Pristine White and Pure Grey (Seaweed Green was added later), with its own Stealth Edition in matte black. The Empowered QWD is the dual-motor all-wheel-drive version with a frunk under the bonnet.
Why this matters for the film: a gloss #DARK or Nainital Nocturne car shows swirls and etching far more than a Pure Grey one, so it earns a higher-clarity, self-healing film; a Stealth Edition needs a matte PPF so the finish isn't turned glossy; and a Harrier.ev has a charging flap, a frunk-release bonnet and a different bumper that need their own templates, not the diesel's.

Where the Harrier's Panels Need Care
These are the spots on a Harrier where a rushed install shows — lifted edges, visible seams, bubbles in a crease. Our templates and bay process are built around them.
Bonnet crease & leading edge
The Harrier bonnet has a strong central power bulge and a deep crease on each side, ending in a squared-off leading edge above the grille. The film is laid as one piece and wrapped under the edge, so there is no exposed seam facing oncoming gravel.
Headlamp cut-outs & bumper band
The facelift moved the main LED headlamps low into angular C-shaped cut-outs, with a gloss-black band splitting the bumper. Each section is plotted separately — film tucked into the cut-outs, the radar window left open, the gloss band fully covered because that is where swirls appear first.
Door lettering & mascot
Fearless personas carry raised HARRIER lettering on the front doors and a mascot on the C-pillar; #DARK and Stealth cars add fender badges. Templates are cut around these, not over them, so nothing is lifted or trapped.
Roof step, rails & EV flap
On dual-tone cars the body colour meets the contrast black roof at a hard step; on the Harrier.ev the rear quarter panel carries the charging flap. Both are edge-wrapped and relief-cut so the flap opens cleanly and the roof-line seam is invisible.
Smaller details matter too: the fog-lamp housings with the cornering function on Fearless X+ and above, the sequential indicator strips in the DRL bar, and the rear skid plate's gloss finish all get their own small pieces rather than being skipped.
