1. Service Agreement
By engaging Auto Grid (operated by Octopus Car Care Private Limited) for any services, you agree to these terms. Our services include but are not limited to paint protection film installation, ceramic coating application, vehicle detailing, and related automotive care services.
Inspection-Based Workflow
All services begin with vehicle inspection. We reserve the right to refuse service if vehicle conditions pose safety risks, exceed our capability, or require pre-work beyond our scope.
2. Service Scope & Limitations
Paint Protection Film (PPF)
- Installation on factory paint in good condition only
- Pre-existing damage, scratches, or paint defects excluded
- Paint correction services available separately if needed
- Installation environment must meet manufacturer specifications
- Warranty void if vehicle modified post-installation without disclosure
Ceramic & Graphene Coatings
- Paint decontamination and correction performed as needed
- Surface preparation requirements may extend service time
- Environmental conditions affect curing and performance
- Post-application care instructions must be followed
- Maintenance products and schedules provided with service
Detailing Services
- Standard, Premium, and Elite packages as described
- Heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time/cost
- Damage assessment performed before starting work
- Specialty treatments quoted separately when needed
- Time estimates based on normal vehicle conditions
3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is established through inspection and quotation process. No work begins without written approval of scope and cost. Payment terms are net 30 days for commercial accounts, payment due upon completion for individual customers.
Price Variations
Additional charges may apply for: extensive paint correction, oversized vehicles, specialty requirements, or conditions discovered during service that affect scope of work.
4. Warranty Coverage
PPF Warranty Terms
- Shadow Seal: 5 years manufacturer + 1 year installation
- Night Sentinel: 7 years manufacturer + 1 year installation
- Black Vault: 8 years manufacturer + 2 years installation
- Coverage includes delamination, yellowing, cracking, and adhesion failure
- Exclusions: physical damage, improper maintenance, environmental extremes
Coating Warranty Terms
- Ceramic Coatings: 2–5 years depending on product grade
- Graphene Coatings: 3–5 years depending on product grade
- Nano Coatings: 1–2 years depending on application
- Coverage includes adhesion failure and premature degradation
- Exclusions: improper maintenance, chemical contamination, physical damage
Warranty Conditions
- Regular maintenance using approved products required
- Annual inspection recommended for warranty validation
- Warranty claims require documentation and inspection
- Warranty covers repair or replacement at our discretion
- No coverage for indirect or consequential damages
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle history and condition disclosure
- Follow post-service care instructions precisely
- Use recommended maintenance products and procedures
- Schedule regular maintenance as advised
- Report warranty issues promptly for resolution
- Allow reasonable access for warranty inspection/service
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Maximum liability per incident equals the service cost paid.
Important Limitation
We cannot guarantee protection against all forms of damage. Our services provide enhanced protection but do not eliminate all risks associated with vehicle ownership and use.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation first. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended.
