Graphene Coating
for Hafeezpet's Underpass Diversion Dust and NH-65 Works Grit

Hafeezpet is stacking three live civic-works hazards at once: the Vaishali Nagar underpass diversion (restrictions still running as of our latest October 2026 check), a separate NH-65 Miyapur–Alwyn flyover/underpass project on the same corridor, and a Ward 236 drain-catchpit repair tender that had to be re-called twice. Anti-static, harder-wearing graphene coating from Auto Grid's Kondapur studio resists diversion brake dust and construction grit from bonding in, and releases drain silt faster than standard ceramic.

Why Hafeezpet Is Different

Three Live Civic-Works Hazards, Not One Settled Condition

Most of our Hyderabad landers deal with one ongoing hazard. Hafeezpet currently has three, and none of them have a confirmed end date. The Vaishali Nagar Railway Underpass closure (since 16 July 2026) had its traffic advisory extended again through 14 October 2026 — with conflicting reports on whether the underlying works are actually finished. A separate NH-65 flyover-and-underpass project between Miyapur X Road and Alwyn X Road started its own 180-day disruption window on 14 August 2026. And GHMC's own Ward 236 storm-water drain-catchpit repair tender for Hafeezpet had to be re-called a second time in September 2026. A Hafeezpet car needs a finish built for diversion-speed brake dust, NH-65 construction grit and unresolved drain silt, not just one of the three.

Vaishali Nagar Underpass — Diversion Still Running

Closed since 16 July 2026 for road-widening and stormwater drain works, with Cyberabad Traffic Police extending the advisory repeatedly — most recently through 14 October 2026. Two official-facing reports on 6 October 2026 actually disagree on why: one says the underlying works remain incomplete, the other says they're done and this extension is only for road-surface curing. Either way, diverted traffic through Hafeezpet's own Road Over Bridge and flyover should still be assumed live.

NH-65 Miyapur–Alwyn Flyover & Underpass Works

A separate six-lane flyover-plus-underpass project between Miyapur X Road and Alwyn X Road on NH-65 began an announced 180-day disruption window on 14 August 2026 — running to roughly mid-February 2027. This sits on the same broader corridor Hafeezpet commuters use, independent of the Vaishali Nagar underpass closure above.

Ward 236 Drain-Catchpit Repairs — Re-Tendered Twice

GHMC/Cyberabad Municipal Corporation's own storm-water drain-catchpit repair tender for Hafeezpet Ward No. 236, Miyapur Circle-48 (budget year 2026-27, due 31 October 2026) had to be re-called a second time in September 2026 — officially acknowledged drainage work that still hadn't been completed as of our latest check, on top of a 2025 academic study already finding Hafeezpet's drains badly silted.

What Graphene Coating Does

Protection Built for Diversion Dust, NH-65 Grit and Drain Silt

Anti-Static Dust & Diversion-Traffic Resistance

Graphene's anti-static surface actively resists both the ROB-diversion brake dust and the NH-65 works' settling construction grit from bonding in, rather than repelling it only after it has already stuck.

Faster Drain-Silt & Standing-Water Release

A stronger hydrophobic bond than standard ceramic means silt and sewage residue from Hafeezpet's still-unresolved drain-catchpit works bead and rinse away at a normal wash instead of drying into a hard-to-remove stain.

Superior Heat Dissipation

Graphene's carbon matrix spreads and releases heat across the panel rather than concentrating it — useful for cars queuing in stop-start diversion traffic under direct sun.

Harder, More Scratch-Resistant Surface

A harder surface than ceramic holds up better to the fine grit the underpass diversion and NH-65 works throw against the paint on every commute.

3–5 Year Durability

Outlasts standard ceramic's 1–3 years — fewer top-up visits across the months these overlapping civic works stay unresolved.

Paint Correction Included

Every graphene job at Auto Grid begins with a full paint inspection under specialist lighting. Existing swirl marks or dust-etch spotting are corrected before the coating seals the surface.

Comparison

Graphene vs Ceramic — Which Suits a Hafeezpet Car?

Because Hafeezpet cars face underpass-diversion brake dust, NH-65 construction grit and unresolved drain-catchpit silt all at once, the deciding factor here is dust and silt release rather than pure gloss depth. Graphene Pro's anti-static surface resists settling construction dust and brake dust faster than standard ceramic, and its slicker finish releases drain silt faster too — premium ceramic remains a strong, lower-entry option for cars that mostly avoid the ROB stretch and NH-65 corridor.

Want the lower entry point instead? Ceramic coating for Hafeezpet remains a strong option — paired either way with full-front PPF on the bonnet, bumper and fenders for repeated diversion-traffic stone chips and NH-65 works debris.

FAQs

Graphene Coating Hafeezpet — Common Questions

Hafeezpet is stacking three separate disruptions right now. The Vaishali Nagar Railway Underpass has been shut since 16 July 2026, and as of this page's October 2026 re-check the traffic advisory was still running — extended through 14 October 2026 — funnelling diverted traffic onto Hafeezpet's own Road Over Bridge and flyover. A second, unrelated NH-65 project (the Miyapur X Road–Alwyn X Road flyover and underpass) began an announced 180-day disruption window on 14 August 2026, running on the same broader corridor. And GHMC/CMC's own Ward 236 storm-water drain-catchpit repair tender for Hafeezpet was re-called a second time in September 2026 — officially acknowledged drainage work that still hasn't been completed. Graphene's anti-static, low-surface-energy finish actively resists diversion brake dust and construction grit bonding in, and releases drain silt faster than standard ceramic — the stronger finish for a car facing this many live civic-works hazards at once.

Unconfirmed as fully reopened, and the two most recent official-facing reports actually disagree on why it's still restricted. On 6 October 2026, Telangana Today reported Cyberabad Traffic Police extending restrictions for another week (8–14 October) "due to delays in ongoing road-widening and stormwater drain works," stating the works "remain incomplete." The same day, Deccan Chronicle reported the opposite framing — that the road-widening and storm-water drain works "have been completed" and the extension through 14 October is only "to facilitate curing of the newly laid road surface." Either way, both reports agree restrictions run through 14 October 2026 — the exact date we last re-checked this page — so the Hafeezpet ROB/flyover diversion should still be assumed live as of today, with reopening plausible but not yet confirmed.

Yes — a genuinely different project on the same broader corridor. Telangana Today reported construction of a six-lane bi-directional flyover plus underpasses on NH-65 between Miyapur X Road and Alwyn X Road beginning 14 August 2026, with Cyberabad Traffic Police naming an expected 180-day disruption window — running to roughly mid-February 2027. That is a separate civic project from the Vaishali Nagar Railway Underpass works above; a Hafeezpet car can be affected by diversion traffic from either one depending on route, and both were still active as of our October 2026 re-check.

It's officially acknowledged and in progress, but not yet confirmed complete. Beyond the 2025 academic flood-resilience study finding Hafeezpet's drains badly silted, we found a live GHMC/Cyberabad Municipal Corporation tender for "repairs and fixing of storm water drain catchpits at Double Bedroom Road and various places in Hafeezpet Ward No. 236, Miyapur Circle-48" for budget year 2026-27, due for completion by 31 October 2026 — but that same tender had to be re-called a second time (NIT 15/3, published 18 September 2026), meaning the contract still hadn't been successfully awarded as of late September. Coating protects the painted surface, not the drains themselves — a sealed, hydrophobic graphene finish means standing silt and sewage residue from a delayed fix like this rinses off far more easily than it would off bare clear coat, which can stain if left sitting.

Auto Grid's studio is in Kondapur, about 9 minutes from Hafeezpet via the Lingampally road — a dust-free, climate-controlled studio built for correction-grade finishing. We offer free doorstep pickup and delivery for confirmed bookings, and we route around the current Vaishali Nagar underpass diversion and the Miyapur-Alwyn works so you don't have to navigate either yourself.

We recommend Graphene Pro for cars regularly crossing the Hafeezpet ROB/flyover diversion, driving the NH-65 Miyapur-Alwyn stretch, or parked near Ward 236's drain-catchpit works: its anti-static surface actively resists both brake dust and settling construction grit, and its slicker finish releases drain silt and standing water faster than standard ceramic. Graphene Basic suits a car driven mostly on Hafeezpet's better-maintained main roads away from the current diversions; Graphene Elite's extra durability headroom suits a longer ownership cycle more than it changes the day-to-day dust/silt picture.
