The Mahindra Vision.SXT is a lifestyle pickup concept with a clamshell bonnet, flared arches and an open bed, shown on 15 August 2025 on the modular, multi-energy NU_IQ platform. Mahindra says the four NU_IQ concepts will go into production starting 2027 with ICE and EV powertrains and FWD/AWD capability; production specifications, prices and the final name are not yet announced.

Mahindra calls the Vision.SXT 'Iconic Versatility', a pickup blending muscle and refinement; open-bed vehicles take cargo scrapes on the bed sides and tailgate as well as stone chips on the long bonnet.

The Toyota Hilux is a five-seat double-cab lifestyle pickup on the IMV platform, relaunched in ninth-generation form on 28 July 2026. A 2.8-litre turbo-diesel (204 PS, 500 Nm) with a 6-speed automatic is the only powertrain, in GX 4x2, GX 4x4 and VX 4x4 grades; the 4x4s add H4/L4 low range and a rear differential lock, and seven airbags are standard.

Scorpio Lifestyler
The Mahindra Scorpio Lifestyler is the production version of the Global Pik Up concept, a body-on-frame lifestyle double-cab pickup unveiled on 14 August 2026 and confirmed for an India launch by April 2027 with a starting price below ₹19.79 lakh ex-showroom. It will be sold as the Mahindra Lifestyler in export markets. Powertrains, dimensions and variants have not been published.

Mahindra Vision.SXT: Questions Buyers Ask
Mahindra's official Global Vision 2027 release says the NU_IQ concepts will go into production starting 2027; booking and launch dates will be announced closer to launch.
The Scorpio Lifestyler is the production Global Pik Up on Mahindra's body-on-frame architecture, confirmed for launch by April 2027. The Vision.SXT is a separate pickup concept on the monocoque, multi-energy NU_IQ platform with production from 2027.
Mahindra says the NU_IQ platform supports ICE and EV powertrains with FWD or AWD, but has not published the Vision.SXT specification.
