Delete your AG1 Installer account

To delete a staff user: the shop’s admin removes the user from Configuration → Users in the app. The user can no longer sign in and their name and number are removed from the user list immediately.

To delete your own account or your whole shop: email hi@autogrid.shop from the mobile number or email on record, or WhatsApp us from the number on record, with the subject “Delete AG1 account”. We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted: your user account (name, number, role), your shop profile, customers, leads, appointments, quotes, jobs, photos, videos and expenses.

What is kept, and for how long: issued tax invoices for 8 years as required by Indian GST law, and AG 1 warranty registrations for the life of the warranty (up to 12 years) so the customer’s warranty can still be honoured. These are kept in a restricted archive and not used for anything else.
